Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note: banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

10% Bundle Discount — Return Policy

If you purchased 3 or more items and received a 10% bundle discount, returning any item will void the discount on your entire order.

Refund = Returned item's price − 10% discount on items you kept

Example: You bought 3 items at ₹1,000 each (₹3,000 total) with 10% off = ₹300 discount. You return 1 item. We recover ₹200 (10% of the 2 items you kept). You receive ₹800 instead of ₹1,000.
