Shipping & Delivery Information
At Wuh & Dird, every order is prepared with care and attention. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer clear timelines and complimentary standard shipping on all orders within India.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods such as festive seasons, sales, or special launches, processing timelines may extend slightly. In such cases, our team will proactively reach out to keep you informed.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We provide complimentary standard shipping across India on all orders.
- Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional holidays.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major locations across India. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us at support@wuhdird.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link (where available).
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
We kindly request you to ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are entered accurately at checkout.
Wuh & Dird cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can arrange a re-shipment after address confirmation.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions or weather conditions.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us at support@wuhdird.com with your order number. In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund as per our internal policy.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product(s), and contact us within 3–4 days of receiving your order.
Our team will carefully review the case and guide you on the next steps, which may include a replacement or a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
8. Change or Cancellation of Shipping
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
